Mommy's cat wasn't so sure about Skye, and was not happy that Skye had taken up residence in Mommy's lap. This was Mommy's life for those 16 glorious days. Feeding Skye and petting Gummy. Skye loved hanging out with Dad, whether he was working on his laptop or playing guitar and singing for her, as in this picture. Mommy's favorite picture of Dad with Skye. Skye, who was no small baby, looks tiny in her dad's arms and large hands, and Dad has a very self-satisfied smile on his face. When Skye slept, she always had a little frown, as if she was concentrating very hard on sleeping. Her dad used to say, "I'm seeping, and I'm seeping bery hard!" Mommy's favorite picture of her and Skye. Mommy is still pretty swollen, but she looks so happy. Skye is four days old in this picture, and even with a room full of people has her eyes focused right on Mommy.
